It was a quasi-family reunion on my dad's side of the family. My half-brother brought his new girlfriend that nobody had met, and there wasn't a moment where the two of them weren't touching. Speaking with all of my relatives, it was quite apparent that no one was really comfortable with the two of them all over each other the whole time. But the one person I didn't hear anything about it from was my dad (our dad), and I wondered, what did he think? Did he overhear any of the disapproving remarks? And, did he care? I took this photo in order to document those questions, to document my dad's blissful ignorance or disappointed disapproval, or whatever he was feeling that day.
